Who we are

Vega Global Services LLP (“Vega”, “we”) runs vegaglobalservices.com. Privacy questions: contact@vegaglobalservices.com or +91 88841 03022.

What we collect

• Details you send: name, phone, email, and the message, when you email us, call, write on WhatsApp, or use the contact form.
• Site chat: the text you type in Vega Assistant. If you ask the assistant to email the team, those answers are sent to contact@vegaglobalservices.com.
• Technical logs typical of hosting: IP address, browser, pages viewed, and the time of the request.
• Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form, used only to confirm you are not a robot.

We do not ask this site for payment cards or resumes. If you use vegajob.com, that product has its own accounts and its own policy.

Why we use it

To answer an enquiry, point you to Vega Job, Vega Technology, Vega Trades, or Vega Digital Marketing, and to keep the website working. We do not sell contact lists.

Who else sees it

If you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram, Meta processes that conversation under their rules. Email and phone carriers see what you send on those channels. Cloudflare sees the bot-check token when you use the contact form. Resend delivers that form to contact@vegaglobalservices.com from the same VegaJob mail account.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and chat records are kept only as long as we need them to reply, follow up, or meet a legal record-keeping duty, then deleted or archived.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@vegaglobalservices.com. We will say if we cannot delete something we still need for a live enquiry or the law.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to load pages, plus Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact form. We do not run an advertising cookie on vegaglobalservices.com.
